TERMS AND CONDITIONS - TASTE ANTWERP
1. The agreement between Taste The City and the customer is established through the unconditional acceptance of the offer. These general terms and conditions are an integral part of the offer and apply to all activities booked with Taste The City unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. The customer acknowledges the general terms and conditions before or at the time of the reservation. The reservation of an activity implies the customer's acceptance of these general terms and conditions.
3. The performance of the activity begins at the scheduled time. The guide will wait for participants for a maximum of 20 minutes, except in cases of notified delays prior to the initial start time.
4. In case of no-show by the participants, the full cost of the activity will be charged.
5. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing.
- For groups up to 30 people: Free cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the start of the activity.
- Cancellation between 48 hours and 12 hours before the activity incurs a charge equal to 50% of the total agreed amount.
- Cancellation less than 12 hours before the activity results in a charge equal to the full agreed amount.
- For groups with more than 30 people: Free cancellation is possible up to five working days before the activity.
- Cancellation between five days and 48 hours before the activity incurs a charge equal to 50% of the total agreed amount.
- Cancellation less than 48 hours before the activity results in a charge equal to the full agreed amount.
6. Changes: Changes to the program or the number of participants can be communicated in writing up to 48 hours before the activity, unless otherwise agreed. A reduction in the number of agreed participants will be considered a partial cancellation, subject to the terms of Article 4.
7. Payments:

9. Force Majeure: Taste The City is not liable for non-performance of obligations due to circumstances reasonably beyond its control, including but not limited to force majeure, riots, floods, fires, and the issuance of laws.
10. Disputes: Any disputes regarding the validity, interpretation, or execution of the agreement between Taste The City and the customer will, as much as possible, be settled amicably. If an amicable solution cannot be reached, the dispute will be submitted to the courts at the registered office of Taste The City, provided the customer is a business. Belgian law applies.
